Since 2017 we have built and acquired 11 companies across AI marketing, AI recruiting, real estate technology, and AI finance. Our portfolio includes Marketer.com, an AI marketing platform that grew from $2M to $7M ARR in 60 days and now serves thousands of e-commerce brands across the US and Europe. Staffer, an AI recruiting platform that signed DNB, KnowIT, and Aider before public launch. HomeKey, the market leader in Norwegian and Dutch real estate broker technology with more than 60% market share. Newbuilds, an end-to-end platform for real estate developers operating in seven European countries. The portfolio also includes Manta, Ember, Plot.ai, Journey, and several other companies across data intelligence, AI creative, and after sales.

Everything is being built to run on Vera, our proprietary AI operating system that will connect the companies across the Vergence platform through shared technology, shared data, and distribution.

The team

The people at Vergence are among the strongest in the Norwegian tech ecosystem. Engineers who have built AI infrastructure across eight years and eleven acquisitions. A world-class creative studio that designed and launched a complete AI brand in under a month. Product leaders scaling one of Europe’s fastest growing AI companies. Financial architects running exits, fundraises, and capital deployment across three continents. You will work directly with founders and senior leadership on a daily basis.

The role

As an Account Executive at Vergence you are not selling a single product. You are selling across a portfolio of companies. That gives you a much larger surface area for revenue and a stronger position in every customer conversation.

Our internal go to market machine generates a constant flow of inbound leads and booked demos through performance marketing, brand, and outbound infrastructure. You are not starting from zero. You walk into a system designed to create sales opportunities every day.

You will also cross sell across the entire Vergence portfolio. A customer that starts with one product often becomes a customer across multiple companies. This leads to larger deal sizes, stronger relationships, and far more revenue per account than a traditional SaaS sales role.

Your job is to turn those opportunities into revenue. Run the sales process, close deals, and expand accounts. Work directly with founders to refine pricing, positioning, and go to market as products evolve. You own your pipeline and your number.

Who this is for

You are a closer. You have sold SaaS, services, or technology before and you were among the best on your team. You are comfortable reaching out cold to senior decision makers. You move fast, take initiative, and measure yourself by revenue generated, not activity logged.

You might be at a SaaS company where you have hit your ceiling. You might be at a startup where the product is not strong enough. You might be early in your career but already know you are capable of more than most people around you. What matters is that you are commercially exceptional and want to be in an environment where that is rewarded properly.
