About the position:

Marketer.com is scaling fast, and we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our growing Customer Success team.

As a CSM at Marketer.com, you will own and manage a portfolio of e-commerce stores within the Shopify ecosystem. Your mission is to ensure customers achieve strong results from our AI-powered marketing solution - driving retention, upsell, and long-term partnerships.

You’ll work closely with customers, helping them understand performance marketing and fully adopt our platform. Internally, you’ll collaborate with our design, sales and product teams to improve both customer outcomes and our solution.

This is a hands-on, commercial role for someone who thrives at the intersection of customer relationships and performance marketing.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own and manage a portfolio of e-commerce customers, acting as their primary point of contact

  • Lead customer onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from setup to value realization

  • Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and strategic discussions focused on ROI and growth

  • Drive renewals and upsells by identifying opportunities to increase customer value

  • Proactively reduce churn by anticipating risks and addressing challenges early

  • Act as the voice of the customer, collecting and sharing insights with product and internal teams

  • Collaborate closely with our design team to ensure strong campaign execution

  • Handle customer requests and issues efficiently via email, chat, and meetings

  • Maintain clear documentation, reporting, and internal information flow

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities

  • Experience with performance marketing - Shopify ecosystem, Meta Ads, Google Ads.
